These include the Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles, the Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles, and the Code of Ethical Conduct, all aimed at fulfilling our responsibility toward business ethics. Additionally, we have developed the Human Rights Policy in line with our commitment to treat all stakeholders with dignity, fairness, and respect. Furthermore, Formosa Laboratories has established an internal audit unit responsible for executing operations according to the audit plan approved by the Board of Directors, ensuring the implementation of ethical corporate management and compliance with business ethics, thereby reducing operational risks.
